The Interpersonal Success Circle is a transformational group experience designed to help you practice and refine your emotional intelligence and communication skills in a supportive, confidential environment.
This is where growth happens, through courageous conversations, intentional listening, and deepening your self-awareness alongside
like-minded professionals who are committed to doing the inner work to be an emotionally healthy and resilient leader.

How It Works:
Each group is held virtually on Zoom, Fridays from 12pm – 1pm EST, from 7/25/25 – 11/07/25.
July 25th, August 8th, August 22nd, September 5th, September 26th, October 10th, October 24th & November 7th
What’s Included in Each Session:
✔️ Personalized Coaching: Bring one question or scenario to each session for live support and tailored feedback from Bonnie. You may also roleplay a difficult conversation in a safe space.
✔️ Accountability That Inspires: Stay motivated, committed, and consistent in your growth. Between sessions, you’ll have simple practices to implement and reflect on.
✔️ Collaborative, Supportive Community: You’ll be part of a group of growth-minded professionals, sharing wins, exploring challenges, and building deep connections.
✔️ Resources to Reinforce Learning: Receive practical tip sheets, tools, and follow-up resources to help you integrate what you learn into everyday leadership moments.
Please Note: While your schedule may not allow you to attend every session, please make an effort to prioritize the group time.
